In Vi\u00f1ales the atmosphere is very cozy and calm, which is idyllic to enjoy a few days of relaxation and reflection in contact with nature, with many options for outdoor activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to being famous for its valley, it is known for being one of the most important cradles of tobacco plantations in the country. The valley between mountains extends for around 8 kilometers, and on its floor rise the mogotes: curious elevations of around 25 meters, formed of clay and limestone rocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will fall in love with this enormous mural painting, full of brightly colored figures on the famous Pita mogote representing the evolution of life in a natural sense. Indians, species of mammals, gigantic animals and mollusks are represented. You can see, in 12 pieces, the evolutionary process of men and animals in the Sierra de los \u00d3rganos, in its different stages. Painting or retouching the existing paint on the mural involves a complicated and risky process that takes 5 years to complete; it is painted entirely with a brush.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Indian Cave<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
